Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team at Vanguard Energy Partners, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Solar Installation Team and ensuring the successful completion of solar PV system installations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the Solar Installation Team to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects
* Manage project schedules, including day-ahead and week-ahead plans
* Identify technical, logistical, and manpower shortfalls and develop corrective action plans
* Perform QA/QC tasks and reporting
* Manage and maintain accurate project reporting and records within the Procore platform

Requirements:

* Formal electrical training or 5+ years of equivalent experience in 480V service entrance and distribution equipment installation and/or commercial solar array installation
* Strong knowledge and understanding of NEC Codes
* Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
* Technical knowledge of solar
* Strong understanding of OSHA safety requirements, including LOTO, Arc Flash, JSA, etc.
* Ability to comprehend shop drawings and construction drawing sets from 30% to IFCs
* Strong work ethic, ability to keep a positive attitude, and be a self-starter
* Competent in the MS Suite platform and Construction Management (Procore) platforms
* Capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to change easily
* Demonstrate safe work practices and quality orientation
* Able to work in a team environment or alone with little to no supervision
* Ability to analyze and resolve problems independently
