Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at our Waukee, Iowa center. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children
  • Support the success of your center by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
