Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Debris Removal Specialist to join our team at Webber, LLC. As a key member of our infrastructure maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our roadways and infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Removal of litter and debris from roadways, medians, and other infrastructure assets
  • Maintenance, servicing, and repairs of roads and other infrastructure assets
  • Setup and removal of traffic control devices, including cones, message/arrow boards, and temporary signage
  • Transportation of crew and equipment to work sites using large trucks and specialized motor vehicles and trailers
  • Positive contribution to a diverse, inclusive, and fair work environment
  • Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of work experience in infrastructure, maintenance, and repair preferred
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
  • Ability to pass and obtain Advanced MOT Certification required
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Exposure to live traffic when responding to roadway/traffic incidents
  • Frequent exposure to vehicle exhaust fumes or airborne particles
  • Exposure to moderate to high noise level
  • Frequent exposure to outdoor conditions such as extreme heat, cold, wet, and humid weather
  • Frequent exposure to insects, reptiles, and rodents
