We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Family Practice and Forensics unit at University Hospital in Madison, WI. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with acute illnesses and chronic conditions in a team-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Participate in a dynamic and supportive setting that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Work a 75% FTE schedule with every other weekend and holiday rotation.
- Minimum of six months nursing experience or current participant in UW Health's Nurse Residency Program.
- Preferred: Baccalaureate degree in nursing and relevant RN experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of WI or a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact.
- CPR/BLS certification.
