**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Westminster Hotel in Livingston, NJ. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide leadership and guidance to front desk staff, ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork
* Manage front office operations, including staffing, scheduling, and expense management
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and credit card transactions
* Stay up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures, and ensure compliance
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of related experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* Availability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
