About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with various special needs.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement behavioral intervention strategies to promote positive changes in clients' lives.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide regular updates to families and clinical staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
  • Knowledge of behavior modification techniques, earning theories, and instructional methods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ABA software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits
  • Attractive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Potential bonus incentives up to $6,000 annually.
  • Full-time Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights.
