**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality products, and driving efficiency and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Production Oversight**: Supervise and coordinate the production process, ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards.
  • **Team Management**: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • **Safety and Quality**: Ensure that all production activities are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, and that all products meet our quality standards.

**Requirements**
