We are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Integrity Healthcare. This is a unique opportunity to work in a 7on x 7off schedule, with nights covered by nocturnists. Our ICU is open, with pulmonology in place, and ICU coverage is optional. Procedures are available if desired, but not required. Our patient load is shared between two physicians, and we use Athena EMR. The base pay is $328,000, plus bonuses based on productivity. We offer full benefits, including family health insurance, vision, dental, and disability. Additionally, we have a 401k plan with a 6% match, 144 hours of PTO, and 5 days of CME plus a $7,000 annual stipend. We also offer a $25,000 sign-on bonus and a $15,000 relocation bonus. For residents, we offer a $1,500 monthly stipend available for the remainder of their training. This opportunity also qualifies for HHSC or state loan repayment programs. Our location offers a fantastic lifestyle, with multiple rivers and the Umpqua National Forest in the immediate area. We are close to the Oregon Coast, Eugene, Portland, Northern California, and Crater Lake.
