About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Operations Strategist to join our team at HackerOne. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in scaling our marketing operations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing strategies that maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead Marketing Operations Initiatives: Oversee the development and implementation of marketing operations processes and procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze Data and Metrics: Work closely with data analytics teams to develop and optimize dashboards and reporting to provide insights into performance and ROI for key department initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working at a high-tech startup/mid-size company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), project management systems (e.g., Asana, Monday) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
