Job Summary

Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing dishes, pots, and pans, and ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working order.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans using assigned equipment and procedures.
  • Polish silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, and buffing wheels.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
  • Keep the dish area clean and organized, and sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including loading and unloading supplies and product.
