JAG Physical Therapy is a leading outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their functional independence and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess strengths and weaknesses, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that promote healing and functional independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals and ensure seamless care transitions.
- Perform interventions, including conducting exercises, training, and providing education to patients and their support systems.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, adhering to regulatory guidelines and reimbursement systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy; Doctoral degree preferred.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid CPR license.
- Experience working with EMR software and strong clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year(s) of professional experience in Occupational Therapy, with a background in Hand Therapy.
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus and up to $2,500 relocation bonus.
