Training and Development: Your journey begins with an extensive training program at one of our venues. Our management team comes from diverse backgrounds and industries; expertise is not expected from day one. Throughout the training, you will have numerous opportunities to showcase your strengths. Every manager is required to engage in various roles including workgroup management, serving, bartending, hosting, and bussing. We collaborate as a team to maintain the highest operational standards.

Responsibilities: Managers will gain exposure to all service areas (service, hosting, and bar), oversee different sections of the venue, manage private events, and review daily, weekly, and quarterly financial reports to understand how to enhance the venue's financial performance. Through professional development classes and mentorship from peers, we cultivate well-rounded restaurateurs who are also astute business leaders.

Team Building: We are actively expanding our teams across our 17+ locations and are prepared to offer relocation opportunities to key team members to help lead new venues. Our search for management candidates focuses on individuals committed to upholding high standards and achieving service excellence. Ideal candidates thrive in a small-company atmosphere, excel at relationship building, and possess a strong focus on delivering quality service.

Key Requirements:

  • Operational Standards: Understand and implement the specifications outlined in the Training Manual.
  • Shift Management: Effectively run and manage shifts, ensuring the venue is opened and closed to company standards.
  • Staffing and Flow: Maintain appropriate staffing levels, oversee shift flow, and control labor costs to meet budgetary goals.

Coaching and Leadership:

  • Conduct engaging and informative pre-shift meetings.
  • Foster communication and collaboration among staff.
  • Provide constructive feedback and address performance issues effectively.

Workgroup Management:

  • Ensure adherence to workgroup systems as per the Training Manual.
  • Participate in the hiring process and uphold hiring standards.
  • Conduct timely inventories and maintain awareness of financial metrics.

Guest Engagement:

  • Proactively connect with guests and address their needs.
  • Encourage community involvement and foster positive guest relations.
