Swimming Instructor Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Swimming Instructor Lead to join our team at Linn-Mar Community School District. As a Swimming Instructor Lead, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, leading swim team practices, and assisting with special events.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Lead swim team practices and assist with competitions
  • Assist with special events and activities, such as swim meets and water safety workshops

Requirements:

  • CPR/AED certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
