About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at St. John's Community Health. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing financial and business-related analyses, compiling reports, graphs, and charts of data, and completing data entry accurately in budget software.

Key responsibilities include participating in monthly budget vs. actual meetings, identifying misaligned budget vs. actual revenues/expenses, and continuously working with programmers to obtain data and develop business metrics tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as a team member, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, General Ledger systems, and comfortable working within new software systems.

A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including free medical, dental & vision, 13 paid holidays + PTO, 403(b) retirement match, life insurance, EAP, tuition reimbursement, flexible spending account, continued workforce development & training, and succession plans & growth within.
