Your Role

We're seeking an outgoing and energetic Residential Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you'll be responsible for introducing our state-of-the-art fiber optic services to residents in assigned neighborhoods, local events, and storefronts. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential customers, listen to their needs, and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market.

Responsibilities

• Hitting the Streets: You'll spend your days going door-to-door, attending local events, and covering our storefronts as needed, introducing residents to our exceptional fiber optic services.
• Building Rapport: Engage with potential customers, listen to their needs, and explain how our services can provide them with unparalleled value.
• Demonstrating Value: Utilize your training and tools provided by ALLO to deliver clear and compelling demonstrations of our product's benefits, showcasing exceptional service and value to our customers.
• Closing Sales: Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot, celebrating each win and using it as motivation to drive success.
• Following Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and our Ops Teams to address any questions or concerns, fostering long-term relationships and exceptional, local service.
• Providing Feedback: As a critical part of our team, you'll also provide our marketing team with valuable insights based on your experiences working in the field.
• Travel Requirements: As a Residential Sales Representative, you may be required to travel between markets, but don't worry – we cover all expenses and provide ample notice, with some overnights required.
