Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per year

Job Description:

The Strategic Leadership Director will play a critical role in shaping the firm's future success and driving sustainable growth. This position requires a visionary leader with a passion for excellence, a commitment to integrity, and a focus on delivering value to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development of an industry-leading TAMP.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee the strategic functions of Operations, Investment Management, Marketing, and Compliance tied specifically to CX Institutional LLC.
  • Design, assess, and implement core processes and best practices that are followed by all CX Institutional LLC clients.
  • Set clear, measurable leading indicator metrics and goals, and guide others towards achieving objectives.
  • Lead, train, and inspire high-performing teams with diverse technical backgrounds to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead Directors, portfolio managers, functional managers, analysts, and all CX Institutional LLC operations personnel.
  • Lead thought leadership and be the expert on TAMP development relative to industry trends and market needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience within the financial services industry including proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial markets, products, and services.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Hold or obtain relevant license and certifications (Series 65).
