Clinical Nurse Specialist

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals in a correctional setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and psychosocial dimensions to develop effective care plans.
- Implement professional nursing services in accordance with standards, rules, protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and make referrals as necessary.
- Administer medications safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate records and charts.
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted Virginia Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with an Associate's Degree required and a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience, with correctional nursing experience preferred.
