Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our Investment Funds group in various offices, including Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Washington, D.C., and California. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in investments, private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical and writing skills to support the Investment Funds group
  • Develop strong business judgment and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and third parties
  • Meet deadlines and deliver quality work product
Requirements
  • JD degree and bar admission in the jurisdiction of application
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in investments, private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds
  • Experience with secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts, and carry vehicles
