Rotary Hose Assembler

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hose Builder to join our team at NRP Jones LLC. The successful candidate will assemble rotary hoses to precise specifications while adhering to all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Computer Input: Accurately enter required data into the computer system.
• Hose Assembly: Construct hoses according to documented product specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records as needed.
• Procedures and Forms: Locate and understand relevant procedures and forms.
• Quality Manual Understanding: Familiarity with NRP's Quality Manual and related job responsibilities.
• Literacy and Comprehension: Strong reading and comprehension skills.
• Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate a hose builder chuck.

Work Schedule:

5 AM - 3 PM, Monday to Thursday

Working Conditions:

Work primarily in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.

Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection.

Steel-toe shoes are required to protect against workplace hazards.

Occasional lifting of materials and equipment, up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED, or experience in a manufacturing environment with some mechanical background required.
