Position Overview:
This role involves general upkeep and repair tasks across various locations, primarily in the North East of England, with occasional responsibilities in the North West. The position is field-based and includes a variety of duties such as:

Key Responsibilities:
- Minor plumbing tasks
- Basic joinery work
- Electrical repairs and replacements
- Lock changes
- Coordination with contractors
- Lifting and moving items

This position is intended for a minimum duration of four weeks to cover for staff on sick leave. Flexibility for out-of-hours work may be necessary. A company vehicle will be provided, and a valid driving license is essential.

Compensation:
- Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour
- Overtime: Paid at time and a half, with Sundays and Bank Holidays compensated at double time, plus a day in lieu.

Job Types:
- Full-time, Fixed-term contract
