This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the merchandising activities of all wines and spirits. The successful candidate will maintain close working relationships with Regional and Branch Managers to improve merchandising standards inside the warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide professional advice and suggestions to customers while shopping for wine and spirits
* Build professional relationships with vendors
* Ensure the warehouse is following policies and procedures related to wine and spirits merchandising, sales, and product placement
* Follow up with customers as requested by the Branch Manager

Requirements:

* Exemplary customer service skills
* Familiarity with wine, spirits, and beer production terminology
* Knowledge of foreign product names and terms
* Basic math skills, including metric calculations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Detailed-oriented, organized, and strong sense of urgency
* Ability to lift and move product (50 lbs) when needed
* Basic PC skills with MS Office knowledge
