Job Description

This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. As a Pediatric Service Line Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying performance issues and participating in the performance evaluation and competency assessment processes
  • Supporting best practice through coordination with available resources
  • Fulfilling all duties and expectations of staff RNs when necessary
  • Promoting family-centered care by functioning as a liaison with families, guest relations, and appropriate personnel
Education and/or Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school and current licensure in the State of Texas as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Certification in pediatric nursing is preferred but not mandatory
