Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Preschool Soccer Coach to join our team in O'Fallon, MO. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading engaging and enthusiastic soccer sessions for young children, promoting their physical and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead soccer sessions for children aged 2-8, focusing on character development and a fun experience.
• Develop and maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and children, providing regular updates and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with the Soccer Shots team to ensure a high-quality program.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills.

Requirements

• Experience working with children aged 2-8, preferably in a soccer or early childhood education setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a mobile phone with data plan.
• Successful completion of a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
