About the Position

We are seeking a qualified Hospice Counselor Leader to join our team at Hospice and Francis. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate spiritual care services for patients and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized spiritual plans of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide training and supervision to volunteer clergy.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to organizational growth.
Requirements
  • Degree from a college university or divinity school.
  • Valid Florida Driver's license.
  • Certification in hospice services preferred.
  • Previous experience as a clergy-person in a Medicare certified agency preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
