About the Job:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, and welding.

Responsibilities include performing routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, battery operated vehicles, and equipment.

You will also be expected to test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment, as well as interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to perform work in more than one of the maintenance trades listed above
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent resident

  • $75,000 - $90,000 per year salary range, depending on experience
