Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our team at Piedmont Macon Medical Center. As an Anesthesia Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our anesthesia providers in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist anesthesia providers in preparing equipment and supplies for patient procedures
  • Support anesthesia services by maintaining inventory levels of equipment and supplies
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing invasive procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent required
  • One year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting required; two years preferred
  • Previous experience in an operating room preferred
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification required
  • Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.A.T.) or equivalent certification preferred
