Automation Opportunity:
Join Lincoln Electric, a world leader in arc welding solutions, as an Automated Systems Developer. This exciting role involves creating new programs, researching technological improvements, and providing onsite technical support.

Location:
This full-time hourly position is based in Chattanooga, TN. The estimated annual salary is $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.

About the Job:
You will collaborate with engineers and technicians, ensuring seamless integration of control systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues with control systems, staying current on industry trends, and writing safe and effective control programs.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in automation, engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Allen Bradley software and other control systems

Bonus Structure:
A target bonus of 5% may be offered based on performance.

EHS Requirements:
Familiarize yourself with OSHA & EPA laws, Company Plant Rules, and EHS procedures. Work safely, report hazards, and participate in required EHS training.
