Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Coffee Shop Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing coffee shop beverages and food, operating a cash register, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare coffee shop beverages and food according to established procedures.
  • Operate a cash register to process customer transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of retail or related experience preferred.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
