Respiratory Care Nurse Team Lead

The Clinical Charge Nurse position at Health First offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to join our team. As a key member of the Respiratory PCU team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver quality patient care, prioritizing individual needs and demographics.
- Set a positive tone for the team, promoting safe clinical practices and encouraging feedback to enhance patient experience.
- Investigate and resolve patient concerns, identifying opportunities to improve patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain compliance with department standards, optimize resources, and drive unit productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce length of stay and prevent readmission.
- Support associate development, retention, and engagement, providing coaching and resources as needed.
- Oversee medication administration, delegation, and supervision of patient care activities.
- Foster a positive patient experience through purposeful rounding and report.
This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
