Auto Parts Coordinator Job Description

Classic Collision Inc is seeking a skilled Auto Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of parts to our repair centers.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify and distribute parts in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to center procedures to enable teammates to complete repairs on schedule.
  • Check in, tag, and distribute parts promptly upon receipt or by 9am for overnight deliveries.
  • Verify correct parts using mirror match procedures.
  • Distribute parts to Parts Carts/Containers and deliver to workstations.
  • Post and scan parts.
  • Return and re-order incorrect or damaged parts.
  • Track incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary.
  • Complete parts hot runs as needed.
  • Maintain pending credits at zero.
  • Keep the work area clean and well organized.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in-person.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • General parts knowledge preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Successful completion of background check required.
