ABA Therapist

We are seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team at MonArk ABA Therapy. As an Autism Specialist, you will work closely with children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders, providing high-quality ABA services and support.

This is a full-time position, requiring an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

The salary for this position is between $68,000 and $83,631 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments for patients
• Develop behavior intervention plans and individual treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based social skills, behavioral, and other related ABA services
• Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor RBT supervision hours and ensure BACB requirements are met

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• BCBA certification and Ohio state-level license
• Experience conducting skills assessments, functional behavior assessments, and program development
