Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Ecommerce Manager to join our team and drive our online business to new heights. As the IT Ecommerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our e-commerce platform powered by DynamicWeb.

You will be responsible for driving the success of our PIM, eCommerce, Marketing, and CMS systems, ensuring they are fully integrated with our back-end systems, including ERP and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

DynamicWeb Management:
Utilize your expertise in managing DynamicWeb to maintain and optimize our e-commerce platform. This includes overseeing website design, functionality, and performance to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.

PIM, eCommerce, Marketing, and CMS:

Take charge of our PIM, eCommerce, Marketing, and CMS systems, ensuring they are effectively utilized to enhance our online presence.

Implement best practices in product information management, online sales, digital marketing, and content management.

Integration:

Work closely with stakeholders leading the IT ecommerce development team to ensure full integration of e-commerce systems with ERP and CRM.

Streamline data flow and support end-to-end business processes, from order management to customer service.

Customer Experience:
Design and implement strategies that improve the overall customer experience, resulting in increased conversion rates. Optimize the user journey, from product discovery to checkout, and offer a seamless shopping experience.

Multi-Brand and Support:
Manage multiple brands from one centralized platform, streamlining back-office tasks and ensuring a consistent online presence across all entities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing DynamicWeb and e-commerce platforms.
In-depth knowledge of PIM, eCommerce, Marketing, and CMS systems.
Strong understanding of ERP and CRM integration within an e-commerce ecosystem.
A track record of driving successful e-commerce initiatives, with a focus on increasing conversions and revenue.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
