Job Title: Lead NurseJob Summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to join our team of wellness professionals. As a Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses, overseeing medical operations, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of nurses, including conducting monthly chart audits, hosting regular meetings, and training new hires.
  • Oversee medical operations, including administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections, and managing medical supply inventory.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including educating clients on the benefits of our services and promoting memberships and medical services.
  • Document client visits and communicate with the medical compliance team as needed.
  • Represent the brand by embodying Restore's core values and promoting a fun and engaging store culture.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting.
  • BLS certification.
  • Leadership or management skills.
  • Experience administering injections.
  • Comfortable using electronic medical records.
  • Non-judgmental outlook and ability to work with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Value ethics and integrity.
  • Team environment and ability to work independently.
