Job DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse in our Central Region Med Surg Float Pool, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team. Your duties will include assessing patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, formulating and implementing individualized care plans, and educating patients and families on disease management and prevention.
You will also participate in unit-based decision-making regarding the utilization of evidence-based practice, actively contribute to patient quality and safety education programs, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) and Basic Life Support Certification within 6 months
