**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Informatics Specialist - Ambulatory Care to join our team. This role will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of clinical applications and other associated systems to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance user experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with providers, clinic staff, and operational leaders to design, test, train, implement, evaluate, and maintain clinical applications and other associated systems.
- Cultivate strong relationships with executives, clinical leaders, clinicians, and clinic staff based on professional interactions and timely follow-through.
- Coordinate AHMG/Ambulatory Informatics projects for assigned ambulatory locations, including evaluation of requests, analysis of information, presentation to pertinent committees, implementation, education, and post-implementation evaluation and support.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or other healthcare-related field OR equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum of five years total between clinical and/or informatics experience.
- Recent experience with health information technology.
