Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist SLP

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Oregon City, OR. As a full-time SLP, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our students with speech and language impairments.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments.
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication goals.
  • Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify students in need of speech-language services.
  • Educate and train families and caregivers on strategies to support communication development at home.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with school and district policies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Oregon state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field.
Education:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
  • Valid Oregon state SLP license.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred but not required.
