Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our team of infusion nurses. As a Travel Nursing RN ER, you will travel to patients' homes to provide infusion therapy and teach patients and their caregivers to achieve independence in self-care and monitoring of their therapy.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to patients' homes to provide skilled nursing care and infusion therapy
  • Teach patients and caregivers to achieve independence in self-care and monitoring of therapy
  • Assess patients' condition and response to therapy, taking action as needed to facilitate achievement of treatment goals
  • Collaborate with physicians and pharmacists on patient plan of care and treatment, communicating status changes and implementing new orders as received
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience working as an RN in a clinical care setting that contributes to proficiency in infusion therapy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Access to reliable transportation that will enable travel to customer and/or patient sites
