Position Overview

The Licensed Massage Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional massage and body treatment services to guests. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various massage techniques, a general knowledge of body treatments, and a willingness to learn the specific offerings of our spa. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively provide wellness solutions tailored to our guests' needs. A valid state license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Punctually attend your scheduled shifts and ensure timely service delivery for each appointment.
  • Provide consistent and professional massage and body treatments in line with spa protocols and industry standards.
  • Educate guests on wellness concerns and treatment options.
  • Maintain flexibility in your schedule to accommodate the spa's operational needs.
  • Ensure proper care of equipment and manage product usage to assist with cost efficiency.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of all services and products available.
  • Adhere to sanitation and sterilization standards as per legal requirements and spa policies.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper restocking as needed.
  • Report any incidents involving staff or guests that require management attention.
  • Promote spa services, treatments, and retail offerings, including any available promotions.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to all guest requests.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in various aspects of spa operations as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Enjoyment in working with individuals and a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Strong communication and listening abilities, along with basic computer proficiency.

  • Education and Experience Requirements:
