Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee store operations to meet sales and profitability targets.

  • Inspire and motivate employees through exemplary leadership.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience at all times.
  • Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Handle store operations, including point-of-sale transactions and inventory management.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Promote a positive employer brand in the local market.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in retail or sales.
  • At least 1 year of leadership and management experience.
  • Proven ability to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Strong motivational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with financial statements and budget oversight.

  • Ability to balance detail orientation with prompt execution.
  • This position involves direct supervisory responsibilities.

Working Hours:

Weekdays: 10 AM – 6 PM.
Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PM.
Sundays: 12 PM – 4 PM.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to reach overhead for inventory management.
  • Capacity to work independently during scheduled shifts.
