Square Roots is a leading technology company in indoor farming, and we're seeking an experienced Indoor Farming Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for growing food for our customers in a controlled environment. Your primary duties will include seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and packaging crops, adhering to production schedules and maintaining strict food safety and quality control standards.

You will also be responsible for maintaining farm hardware and systems, including conducting regular checks to ensure farms are in good working order, cleaning, sanitizing, stocking farms with inventory, and assisting with pest scouting and beneficial insect application. Additionally, you will generate and enter farm data, utilizing Square Roots' proprietary software, forms, spreadsheets, and other data management tools.
