Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Blending Technician to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting correct formulation specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient operations of blending equipment, including CIPs.
• Work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Obtain raw ingredients and other necessary materials to perform work and properly document raw materials usage.
• Pump and blend concentrates in accordance with recommended formulations provided by the Quality Assurance Department.
• Operate pasteurizers to ensure products are pasteurized in accordance with product specifications.
• Complete blend sheets and associated paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner.
• Obtain tanker/silo or container samples in accordance with Company policies and procedures and deliver samples to Quality Assurance Department for testing.
• Maintain solid communication with Production, Planning, and Quality Assurance throughout the process and during shift changes.
• Wash and sanitize silos, tanks, and production lines using approved CIP methods.
• Perform all necessary quality checks and testing as determined by the Quality Department or Management.
• Follow instructions and respond to management or lead direction and comply with new policies or standards of operation.
• Write and speak clearly and informatively and able to read and interpret written information.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and complete work in a timely manner.
• Able to deal with and adapt to frequent change, delays, or unexpected events and react well under pressure.
• Follow policies and procedures. Observe safety and security procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions.
