About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Formulation Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing Operations: You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various manufacturing equipment, including mixers, extruders, welders, dryers, and pouch sealers.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: You will ensure that facilities, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and maintained according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
  • Documentation: You will accurately complete documentation required for the manufacturing and packaging of products.
  • Safety and Efficiency: You will maintain a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), SOPs, and Batch Record instructions.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma is required; previous experience in a manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing industries is strongly preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Effective written and oral communication skills, ability to follow cGMP and other regulatory requirements, mechanical proficiency, and basic reading comprehension and math skills are essential.
