Fresenius Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Services team. As a member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to assigned patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Assist with training and education of new staff members, and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 6 months of experience in acute dialysis preferred.
- Successful completion of Fresenius Medical Center's education and training program for new employees.

- The position requires frequent, prolonged periods of standing and the employee must be able to bend over.
