We are seeking a skilled Dishware Sanitizer to join our team at Ruby Tuesday. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels.
• Set-up, maintain, and break-down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Bag and haul dish room trash.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
