Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of WA
- 2+ years of experience in Progressive Care Unit
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
