  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Engage with guests and team members in a warm, service-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, including a clean uniform and proper nametag during shifts.
  • Exhibit attentiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness towards all guests, managers, and colleagues.
  • Accommodate special requests from guests when feasible.
  • Perform pre- and post-shift duties, including stocking service stations and preparing beverages.
  • Serve menu items promptly and according to established service standards.
  • Address any dining room concerns or issues and report them to the Dining Services Director or designated personnel.
  • Assist with table settings, clearing dirty dishes, disposing of waste, and restocking supplies as necessary.
  • Wash and organize dishes, pots, and pans as required.
  • Manage waste disposal by collecting and placing garbage in designated containers, ensuring cleanliness.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by sweeping and mopping floors daily.

Experience in senior care or assisted living environments is advantageous.
