About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Expert to join our team at FLEX Inc. in Austin, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of our manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities engineering, with expertise in one or more areas such as clean rooms, Walk-in Coolers & Freezers, RO/DI Water systems, Waste Neutralization, Compressed gas distribution systems, vacuum systems, Process chillers and non-clean utilities. A proven track record in facilities engineering construction activity at MEP discipline is essential. Experience in fault/Root Cause Analysis and Review (FRACAS) and utilities (steam, cooling media, heating media, water systems, compressed air) is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including full range of medical benefits, dental, vision, life insurance, matching 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts at local retailers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operation of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production processes and a safe and healthy work environment.
