Job Title: Front Desk Agent
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team at Driftwood Hospitality Management. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, registering guests, and managing the front desk operations.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, frequent talking, hearing, seeing and smiling. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior hospitality experience. They will be able to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information, and help resolve conflicts.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Ensure that all guest interactions are handled professionally and politely, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as processing transactions, updating records, and communicating with colleagues and management.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
