Our facility operates as an Outpatient Imaging Center, providing services throughout the week. Managed by Radia P.S., Inc., we ensure exceptional support and operational efficiency. Our center is equipped with a comprehensive array of imaging technology, featuring four MRI machines, including three advanced models with 3T capabilities. We perform a wide range of MRI examinations, from standard to highly specialized procedures. This setting offers an outstanding opportunity for technologists to experience diverse scanning practices, from routine protocols to the latest innovative techniques. At Evergreen Radia, you will embark on a path of professional development and advancement in the MRI imaging sector.

Compensation:
The hourly wage ranges from $39.80 to $62.19.

Compensation is determined by various factors, including job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

The stated compensation applies to full-time employment, defined as 40 hours per week.

Work Schedule:

Position 1:
Wednesday 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM, Thursday and Friday 11:30 AM - Midnight, with weekend on-call rotation.

Position 2:
Tuesday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with weekend on-call rotation.

Position 3:
Monday, Wednesday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with weekend on-call rotation.

Position Overview:
The MRI Imaging Specialist will operate an MRI scanner and power injector, initiate IVs, and administer various contrast agents. Responsibilities include:
- Protocoling all orders in advance
- Screening orders prior to scans for any precautions or contraindications, including implanted devices
- Delivering patient care services with professionalism and compassion
- Organizing and overseeing patient flow to meet productivity, quality, health, and safety standards
- Effectively managing conflict situations with minimal supervision while recognizing when to seek assistance

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology program or a related course of study
- Valid Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT)
- Advanced MRI registry must be obtained within six months of hire
- Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR
- Preferred: One year of experience as a proficient MRI technologist
- Some on-call coverage at our additional location is required
- Must demonstrate a professional demeanor in all work-related interactions.
