The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies.
Responsibilities- Provide thorough and gentle dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.
- Conduct thorough medical and dental histories, and perform necessary screenings and assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Current dental hygienist license in Georgia.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation.
- CPR certification.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
